CAD/CAM Master Laboratory — Restorations Made In-House

Perfect restorations through digital high technology.
At the CompletDent dental clinic in Budapest, we combine craftsmanship with cutting-edge computer precision.

Premium restorations are created in our own digital dental laboratory using modern CAD/CAM technology, precise planning and many years of experience.
Our Budapest clinic works fully digitally. Impressions are captured with a modern scanner and processed directly in our own laboratory. The result is exact planning for perfectly fitting, natural-looking restorations.
A major advantage of our in-house laboratory is the direct collaboration between dentists and dental technicians. Adjustments can be made quickly at any time, and every restoration is tailored individually to the patient.

This digital process gives you:

  • very high precision
  • fast, efficient treatment
  • a perfect fit and natural aesthetics
  • consistently high quality through in-house control

We make every type of restoration in our own laboratory – from full dentures and telescopic dentures to monolithic zirconia crowns, which are exceptionally strong and highly fracture-resistant.
All work from our own laboratory comes with a clear guarantee for safety and long-term reliability.

What is CAD/CAM technology?

CAD/CAM is a digital process for manufacturing dental restorations. It is fully digitised and extremely precise:

1

Digital scan

Instead of unpleasant impression putty, your teeth are usually captured digitally with a high-performance intraoral scanner.

2

Computer design (CAD)

Our technicians design your restoration in 3D on screen, taking every nuance of your natural tooth shape into account.

3

Precision milling (CAM)

The finished data is sent to a computer-controlled milling machine, which carves the restoration precisely from a solid block (e.g. zirconia or ceramic).

Our in-house master laboratory: your advantages

Our own dental laboratory is central to our treatment quality, enabling particularly precise and efficient care.
Close collaboration between clinic and laboratory, plus fully digital planning and communication, produces restorations matched exactly to each patient.

Your advantages at a glance:

  • Precise coordination: Shade selection and planning happen digitally, in direct coordination between our dentists and our own laboratory
  • Faster production: Digital workflows and short communication paths mean laboratory work is completed significantly faster
  • Time saved: On average, patients save up to 3–4 treatment days
  • Modern materials: Biocompatible high-performance ceramics and zirconia for maximum stability and aesthetics
  • Strict quality control: Every step in our own laboratory is carefully checked

Our in-house laboratory lets us combine the highest quality with efficient treatment – perfect results in less time.

Materials of the future: zirconia

Zirconia – the ‘white gold’ of dental technology

Thanks to modern CAD/CAM technology, our preferred material is zirconia. It is extremely strong, translucent like a natural tooth, and 100% metal-free – ideal for allergy sufferers too.
We work with monolithic zirconia, milled from a single piece. This makes it exceptionally resilient, with no risk of chipping or breaking away.
Combined with our digital milling technology, this produces highly aesthetic restorations that are almost indistinguishable from natural teeth – durable, safe and naturally beautiful.

Digital workflow vs tradition

While traditional methods were often error-prone (e.g. impression material distortion), the digital workflow eliminates these weak points. The fit of a CAD/CAM-made inlay or crown is many times more accurate, minimising the risk of secondary decay and maximising comfort.

Quality assurance & guarantee

We are proud of our work. That’s why restorations made in our master laboratory come with comprehensive guarantees that go well beyond the legal minimum. We use only CE-certified materials from the world’s leading manufacturers.
