This privacy policy explains how White Complet Dent Plus Kft. (“CompletDent”, “we”, “us”), H-1139 Budapest, Gömb u. 44, Hungary, collects and processes your personal data when you visit this website or contact us about dental treatment. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where it applies to visitors from the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

2. What data do we collect and why?

Enquiry and contact forms: name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp availability, your message and any files you attach. We use this data to respond to your enquiry and prepare your treatment and cost plan. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Health data (medical history form, X-rays, treatment plans you send us): this is special category data. We process it only to assess your suitability for treatment and to plan and provide dental care, based on your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR) and for the provision of healthcare (Art. 9(2)(h)). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Website usage data: when you visit this site, our servers and caching systems process technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to deliver the site securely. Where analytics or marketing cookies are used, they are set only in line with the cookie notice displayed on the site.

3. Who do we share data with?

Your data is shared only with those who need it to deliver our services: our clinical team, our IT and hosting providers, and – where you book our travel service – the accommodation and transfer providers involved in your trip. We do not sell personal data. Where service providers process data on our behalf, they do so under data processing agreements.

4. International transfers

We are based in Hungary (EU). If you contact us from the UK, your data is transferred to and processed in the EU, which the UK government recognises as providing adequate data protection.

5. How long do we keep your data?

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you become a patient, your clinical records are retained in accordance with Hungarian healthcare record-keeping law. You can request deletion of enquiry data at any time.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal). To exercise any of these rights, email info@completdent.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Hungary, the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu); in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO, ico.org.uk).
